Homemade Runner's Trailmix

Serving Size- ¼ Cup Amount Per Serving-9 Calories-180

This simple and satisfying snack is the perfect pre-post workout snack for any workout. (Sidenote: I only call it the runner’s trail mix because I’m a runner…hehe.) This trail mix is quite easy to make, all you literally have to do is mix all the ingredients together in a mason jar, container, or storage bag and enjoy! Here’s what you’ll need:

½ cup of unsalted almonds

½ cup of sunflower kernels

1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds

2 tbs of vegan mini chocolate chips

¼ cp raisins

¼ cup cranberries

¼ cup unsalted cashews

½ cup dried banana (I dehydrate my own bananas in my dehydrator for about 6 hours but if you don’t have a dehydrator you can easily buy dried bananas at the store)

Mix together and take on your next run, hike, or trip to the gym. Enjoy!
